Refund Policy
Donors may request a refund within 10 days of the donation date, provided they can present valid proof.
However:
If the donation has already been used in a specific project within those 10 days, a refund cannot be issued.
For general donations, refunds can only be made if the amount has not yet been allocated to any implemented project.
Refund requests for Qurbani donations can be made up to 7 days before the event; no refunds are allowed within the 6 days prior.
Applicable Law
By using this website, you agree that all terms and disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Policy Updates
Hidayah Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will not affect actions taken under previous versions of these terms.
